Despite the title, this has nothing to do with photography but is rather a compendium of articles from periodicals from England, France, and Germany, and translated into English for an American audience when necessary. Subjects include Cuba, China, Russia, Central America, the relations between Mexico and the United States, and the Art of Eating. Owner name of Eastman Sanborn dated Andover, Mass. 1850 on the front endpaper. Minor foxing; chipping to spine tips and some loss along spine edges, covers tight. Good .
